Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), Office of Water Quality (OWQ), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) "Who needs a Permit" and "What to expect during an inspection by IDEM".  Also "New requirements/developments with regards to permitting and reporting." The speaker will be Mr. Heath Dill, IDEM, OAQ, Environmental Manager/Wastewater Inspector and possibly one additional IDEM employee.
