Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP) is honored to host the region's business and civic leaders at a wide range of fundraising events throughout the year and we are honored by the level of participation and attendance at our events. However, should you need to cancel, please be advised of E-REP's official event refund policy.
These policies apply to all E-REP events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Event Cancellation/Postponement by E-REP
Evansville Regional Economic Partnership reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either transfer registration to the same event at the new date or transfer registration to a different E-REP event of equal or lesser value. Registration Cancellation by Participant
Due to limited event seating, we request that you notify Evansville Regional Economic Partnership of cancellations prior to the event so that we may accommodate other E-REP members.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is as follows:

•  21 days prior to the event: registration fees will be refunded IN FULL

•  20 days or less prior to the event: registration fees will NOT BE REFUNDED

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be issued by check. To submit a refund request by email, please send an email to krobinson@evvregion.com with the subject line “Event Cancellation: MM/DD/YYYY”.
