NEW OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting

The rules changed this year and electronic submissions of the OSHA 300A form were required for businesses that had 20+ employees (if in a non-exempt NAICS code).  The team will cover such topics as:

What constitutes a work-related injury?

What makes an injury/illness recordable?

When do you have to notify OSHA within 8 or 24 hours?

What is that NAICS code that was mentioned earlier?
