Mr. Steve Risotto, Senior Director, and other staff members from American Chemistry Council will be presenting on “Up and coming PFAS (Polyflouralkayl substances) regulations that are/will affect production and disposal issues for local Industry, water supplies, landfills, etc.”  Several States have already imposed clean-up criteria.  Indiana has not, to date.  There is also movement on the Federal EPA level to classify these PFAS chemicals as hazardous waste.
